Blue Wave Hot Tubskeeps this simple: we collect what we need to serve you, we protect it, and we don't sell it.
What we collect
When you request a consultation or quote, we collect the contact details you provide: name, phone, email, city, and your message. When you purchase online, checkout is processed by Stripe; your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us. We receive your name, contact details, delivery address, and order details so we can fulfill your purchase.
Like most websites, we may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site (pages viewed, general location, device type). Analytics data is aggregated and not used to identify you personally.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, schedule deliveries and service, process payments, honor warranties, and, if you've asked us to, follow up about products and offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or just telling us.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties except the service providers needed to run the business: our payment processor (Stripe), delivery scheduling, financing partner (only when you apply for financing), and email/SMS providers used to communicate with you.
